I love all surface curly hair products. I've slowly been ordering a little at a time to try out different things and I haven't been disappointed yet!

Not good for curly hair

I have pretty tight ringlets and my hair is very difficult to manage through summer. Tried the surface blow out product and within an hour my hair is starting to feel frizzy and the tips of my hair are getting the right curls back. I have a top of the line Dyson blow dryer and I make sure to use the cool setting afterwards. Forget about the blow out lasting into the next day, my hair is a frizzy mess and I have to re-straighten the curls around my forward cus it just looks silly. The product makes my hair feel heavy and dirty. I’ve switched shampoos thinking that wasn’t pairing well with the surface blow out cream and that was making my hair feel heavy. I’ve omitted heat protecting sprays and used the product just on its own, nothing makes my hair feel different or locks in the “straight”. My sister has straighter hair than I but with some curl and she felt the same way about the product- left her hair feeling dirty and weighed down.
I caution when buying this product that you try it from someone else first or make sure you buy one bottle on a good sale so you don’t waste too much money if you feel the same about it as I do.
