Shampoo is amazing! Prevents my hair from falling out.

It is very difficult to squeeze the conditioner out of the bottle. I have to leave it upside down in the shower in order to squeeze it out of the hard plastic. When your hands are wet and slippery, it is even more difficult. The poor design of this bottle will keep me from buying the conditioner again. I don't have any problems with the other products and would buy them again but have not seen any hair growth yet at half way through my first round of products.

I agree with one of the reviews here. Something has changed with this conditioner. I too have been using this product for years and loved the way it glided through my hair. Now, my fingers get stuck in my hair trying to apply this product. It's doing the opposite of conditioning. I've also noticed this with the Bassu conditioner I bought a few months back. After all of these years I will sadly have to look for another product that will actually condition my hair, because the new recipe is garbage.

This is a fantastic conditioner for color treated and fine hair. I am trying to get my hair to thicken up.

I have only been using the Awaken shampoo and conditioner for a few times but there is definitely a difference in the feel of my scalp after use. It is truly a tingling sensation which makes me feel that something is happening. Time will tell and I have great hopes for these products.
