I love this product, but I am so frustrated and will probably stop using it mostly because it is almost impossible to get out of the bottle. It is thick and you cannot get it out. I thought it might’ve just been the first bottle that I bought so I purchased a second and it is just as bad.

I bought a bottle a few weeks ago and opened it while we were on vacation. Even though I keep the bottle upside down I can’t get it to come out. I have to stick a knife into it and this isn’t easy to do in the shower.

I absolutely love this brand of shampoo and conditioner, but the conditioner is so hard to get out of the bottle. I’ve tried all different sizes and the only one that works is the tube which is only 2 ounces. I’ve tried swapping out different tops on it and everything but the only way I can get it out of the bottle is usually to remove the top altogether. I have seen other reviews say the same thing. Please change this bottle!!!!!

I have thin/fine hair and had hair loss from stress
2 months of the conditioner shampoo and elixir and my hair feels fuller and so much healthier. Going to purchase the masque and scalp cream next! I bought 2 liters for the shampoo and conditioner during the sale-yay!
