I absolutely love this conditioner! Hydrating, smoothing, detangling and gives me so much slip! It doesn't feel like product is just sitting on top of my hair building up. I have a sensitive scalp right now and this doesn't cause any irritation or issues even when applying to the scalp. Highly recommend.

I have found that the Surface Awaken products including the conditioner have provided amazing results in growing my hair. I recommend all four to those who have lost or are losing their hair.

I love this line of products. They really do make my hair feel thicker and more full. The bottle that I ordered had leaked during transit. I contacted customer service and received a new bottle within a few days.

Approaching 50, fine thinning, oily hair. Definitely massage into scalp no longer than 60's seconds, it will begin to tingle. Use warm, not hot, water, to rinse. My hair is less greasy, with a little more lift after two weeks. Looking forward to the next few months as I continue to use it every other day.

My hairdresser wanted me to try the Awaken surface products. The liquid feels wonderful. Unfortunately my hair still feels very dry and performs accordingly even with the leave in moisturizer. I really like these Awaken products but really wish I could find something to help the dryness

Best natural way to promote thicker hair. I have been using awaken for 3 years and my hair is the healthiest it has been in years.

Can't get the product out of the bottle. Very hard to squeeze. I like a creamy/not watery conditioner, but this is something else entirely. Eventually I'll remove the cap to try to use it up, but I bought the large size which makes juggling it in the shower even more difficult. Super disappointed.

Awaken has made all of the difference for my mom's hair and mine. My mom went from balding to regrowth within a couple of months. She now has hair where there was none before. I actually really love this conditioner. It stimulates my scalp and makes my hair feel fantastic...smooth, silky, and healthy. The problem is the bottle! You can't squeeze this thing, especially with wet hands. The product is super thick, and between that and a bottle so hard it could be used as a weapon it's darn near impossible to get the product out. That means there's a TON of wasted product in there that you then have to add water to in order to try to use it, which diminishes the quality of the conditioner. Who needs that kind of fight in the shower? I won't be purchasing this again until I see it available in a wide-mouthed jar.
