I have been loving using this conditioner along with the shampoo from surface hair. After using the Surface All In set I did find that my hair felt more moisturized after use. It looked good after being air dried and had little to no noticeable frizz, which is huge as I live in a very hot and humid area. There’s a very light natural scent to it, it is not overpowering. I do think my hair felt noticeably stronger after use. I have very long hair that I wear up a lot so I tend to have a lot of breakage where my hair tie is, but I noticed less hair around the hair tie after using this set. My hair is also quite soft after drying.

I wasn’t sure what to expect with this conditioner but I was pleasantly surprised. I have used it several times over the last week and each time I’m really thrilled with the shine. It’s very hydrating but not to the point where your hair looks greasy, weighed down or dirty. My hair is pretty dry since it’s been bleached and dyed several times so anything with hydration is a plus for me but this gave me an extra boost of hydration. My frizz seemed to be lessened as well. It smells wonderful but not over powering.

I am always skeptical of expensive shampoos, but I have used Surface haircare in the past so I had high hopes for this product. From the first use I knew I was going to continue to love it! All In Surface conditioner is average, at best. I can’t put my finger on the fragrance but it’s not great. The viscosity is like any other conditioner. The bottle is recyclable, which I would expect. The conditioner is sulfate and paraben free. It is also PETA approved. It has rice protein, hemp oil, and cocoa butter; however, the directions suggest only leaving the product on for 30 seconds before rinsing. To me, those ingredients are meant as a coating to smooth the hair follicle (which could cause the hair to be weighed down). I have frizzy, curly hair so I tend to reach for “heavier” or more moisturizing conditioners but this is not one those. It worked fine on my hair, helping to detangle it, I just prefer something more moisturizing. I had no issues with this conditioner weighing my hair down or making it appear greasy. It also does not really have much of a smell to it, and what it does have is not overpowering or even really all that noticeable once you are out of the shower.
