The Best Conditioner I’ve Found!

Have tried many of the expensive salon brands over a few decades. Surface products are my favorite. Blowout conditioner leaves my dry hair smooth yet not weighed down. Manageable hair and a great scent. Hair is always soft and shinny. Love it!
